windows 10 - running dxl via commandline or batch mode

Hi,

Previously developed script in dxl that worked perfectly on windows 7, DOORS 9.5 when run via commandline ie, using the following syntax <doors exe path>" -b "dxl file path" -u username -P password.

But when I upgraded my machine to win10 and DOORS 9.6, i am getting an error saying invalid port number.

Could you please let me know why this error occurs and how to adapt this to work on both environments.

Thank you in advance.

I assume that there is no default connection to your DOORS database stored on your PC.

Add the command line parameter -d <port>@<server>, e.g. -d 36677@mydoorsserver or create/update en entry HKCU (or HKLM) \ SOFTWARE \ Telelogic \ DOORS \ 9.6 \ Config \ Data   into your registry with the value <port>@<server>
